They also provide low currency conversation rates. It's straightforward to link a Payoneer account with Fiverr; once linked, we can receive money in Payoneer and then straight to my bank account. It's beautiful, which I think is fantastic because users want to know what happens behind the scenes when we transfer money to another country or our home country. **What do you dislike about Payoneer?** Currently, as such, there are no problems that occur with me, so I can say this is what I dislike. But I'd like to add a few points that will help a layperson or someone using it for the first time understand this feature. They ask every time for verification to submit the task. Even after you submit it, the app will always pop up and ask for verification, or a message will show. As a result, they must check and correct this, as asking for confirmation every time irritates users. **What problems is Payoneer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payoneer allows me to easily receive money from abroad and transfer it to my home bank. Even the exchange currency charges are less with PayPal. PayPal charges are high. ### 3. It was equally terrible when I found myself needing them again. I have finally just given up on Payoneer and abandoned my account. The customer service is terrible! When I recently lost my phone, and thereby my only way to fulfill 2FA, they had no help to offer me because my driver's license had expired and changed since opening my account. Therefore, my new driver's license had a different number and photo than the one they had on file, so they said they couldn't help me out. This was at a point in my life when things were getting complicated enough already as they were, but I had to deal with this on top of everything else - NEVER again. **What problems is Payoneer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payoneer is no longer solving anything for me or benefiting me in any way. It was far more beneficial to abandon them and what funds I had left in my account than to keep on trying to regain access to my locked account. ### 4. They approved my account after reviewing my documentation and bank information. After receiving my first payment, they blocked it and requested additional documentation which I provided multiple times and they rejected it for no reason until they just closed my account. During this process, I reached out to support countless times and they took multiple days to respond and always replied with a generic response that didn't help at all. They also took a few days to give the money back to my employer which ended up causing more than a month of delays - I had to get into debt to pay my bills because of this. Since there was no violation of their T&Cs, I assume that the account was closed due to my nationality. You will need to fill 1000 forms when you open an account. 1000 forms for everything. You will pay fees for everything. You cant get money from other Payoneer users (except from companies). You cant send money to other users unless you have a crazy amount of transfers (in order to be " trustworthy"). What can you do? Pay Amazon Advertising invoices and VAT. Well,you can also send the money to your own bank account. The minimum amount is 20 dollars. Oh no, we lied. The minimum just went up to 50 dollars. The processing time is also quick, when we withdraw our payment from Payoneer to our bank account sometimes in just 1 hour we can already see it on our bank account. **What do you dislike about Payoneer?** I love Payoneer so I can't think of anything that I dislike about it. But maybe I can suggest an improvement for the betterment of their service. It would be great if they have an auto transfer feature once we receive our payment so we don't have to manually transfer it on our end. I used to like the free ATM card that was provided until it was recently blocked and I was told to wait until I received $2,000 within six months before receiving another. For me to renew an expired card, that is too much. **What do you dislike about Payoneer?** I don't like that before I can apply for another MasterCard, I have to pay $2000 or wait until my total collected payments reach that amount. My first experience with the platform turned into a month-long discussion with customer service and is still not solved. **What do you dislike about Payoneer?** The worst customer support so far, probably cost me $600. Here's the situation: I tried to withdraw money from Payoneer to my bank account. 1. June 20th - bank card was attached as a withdrawal method and was approved by Payoneer 2. June 20th - $600 withdrawn. Estimated deposit date - June 21 but they mentioned it could take up to 5 days (not business days). 3. June 27th - reached out to support as I didn't receive the funds, 7 days passed. I noticed that my bank card disappeared from withdrawal methods. Support told me that the funds will be returned to Payoneer within 14 business days since the transaction request. 4. July 11th - 14 business days passed, I still didn't receive anything anywhere. Reached out to support. This time my ticket WAS JUST CLOSED AND MARKED "SOLVED". Of course, nothing was solved. 5. July 11th - reached out to support again, asking to explain the situation. No response since then :) Conclusion: July 14 - 24 days passed. I still have the money neither in my bank account nor have the money returned to Payoneer. Should've looked at their 3,5-star rating and previous complaints about their customer service. The agent claimed the money had be sent back to the original source, which was not true. After challenging him, he put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I was told they needed to manually review this over the next 3-5 business days. This process is already 2 weeks old. DON'T USE PAYONEER!
