# What to do if I have not received payment in my bank and Payoneer tells me that it has been sent. I have been using payoneer for over 3 years. I faced this problem I withdraw $---- and Payoneer told me that the amount is sent to your bank however the bank did not receive any intimation. I have contacted support multiple times, The CS refers to the payoneer Bank transfer team and they have a ticket which they reply after 1 business day. I'm losing time as this was un-expected and I want to know what next I can do ?
