I use Paymode for invoice indexing and approval routing. I appreciate that it automatically routes and saves images, which makes things a lot easier. Customer service tickets are not well responded to. I have been told by CSR there is a limit on the time they are allowed at help on any certain ticket. Some tickets never get a response. I find Paymode valuable as it easily files, stores, and codes invoices. Searching for invoices is simple, making things easy to find.
