I appreciate how Paymode facilitates real-time connections with vendors, making it easier to receive timely invoice updates and allowing vendors to track the processing of checks and ACH payments. I am particularly excited about the prospect of eliminating the issues we currently face with Nexus, especially in terms of approvals. The ability to receive real-time updates on vendors, such as address changes or where checks need to be mailed, is something I look forward to. Additionally, I expect that approval processes will flow more quickly and effectively through queues, streamlining operations significantly. The initial setup with Paymode was pretty easy, which is quite commendable as it ensures a smooth transition from Nexus Payables. Furthermore, the anticipation of improved efficiency and effectiveness, based on its performance and feedback I've heard thus far, contributes to my enthusiasm for starting with Paymode.
