Bottomline makes it super easy to pay invoices on time! **What do you dislike about Paymode?** Some of the features are hidden behind a paywall, and that's not the best possible situation but the basic set up has been awesome for the company. I'd like to see a few more advanced features. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bottomline Paymode-X is solving the problem of forgetting invoice due dates and making sure that checks don't get lost in the mail. They will say anything to take a cut of your hard-earned income for a worthless service. The interface is easy to use and reports provided are comprehensive. If you're entering invoice detail and need information from the header tab to determine invoice detail info, you have to quit (save or don't save) the invoice detail you've entered, before going into the header tab to retrieve the info you needed. Then you have to manually click the invoice detail again and begin all over again. If you're lucky, you can enter fake info into the invoice detail, save it, go to the Header Tab, retrieve that info, go back into Invoice detail and edit that line. If not, you have to re-enter invoice detail all over again. The processing time after saving information inside a tab is much longer. You are forced to use your mouse more, which means it takes longer to do your work. I would not recommend this for any business that wants smooth operations and a happy team. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the new update (May 2022), NexusPayables is causing us more problems. **Official Response from Lydon Sacoff:** > Thank you for your review. I like the structure and the easiness of the website being very straightforward with all direct insights. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paymode-X solves our fund remitting process from our customers as it gets us paid from the customer through ACH/bank transfer which is much easier than other methods. ### 38. With our previous software, we were not able to assign out of office delegates or code and approve invoices outside of our company's network. It is very helpful to use the app to code and approve invoices while not in the office. **What do you dislike about Paymode?** We had to create our own middleware to integrate our Invoice scanning/OCR software to Nexus. We were told early on by a salesperson that the software ould integrate seamlessly, but it did not. We ended up spending months creating our own solution. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nexus solves the problem of streamlining the approval and payment of invoices and making it more convenient for our associates. ### 50.
