I appreciate the emails letting me know that a payment has posted. I also like that our invoice number is noted in the report so I can easily post the payment to our accounting system. **What do you dislike about Paymode?** The onboarding process took forever. It will extremely difficult to get ahold of a live person. I had to call and leave a message for someone and wait days for a response. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't know that any problems are being solved on our end as the payment receiver. Our customers initiate payments through Paymode and the service notifies us when the deposit is made to our account and includes invoices paid, etc. **What do you dislike about Paymode?** It would be better if the payment information was included in the notification email instead of signing into the website to find it, but I guess that is a security feature. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows our customers to send EFT payments directly to our back without our having to have a service or online portal for these payments so it is no charge to our company to receive the payments. ### 42.
