It's a user-friendly platform, which is a big plus for me. I also like the email upload feature for when vendors have trouble uploading invoices. It's a helpful tool in those situations. I have been told by CSR there is a limit on the time they are allowed at help on any certain ticket. Some tickets never get a response. Time limits on assistance or non-response.
