**What do you like best about Paymode?**

It is beneficial to know that transferring or receiving funds through Paymode X is a secure method. It is excellent for our customers to know that they are safely making a payment when doing so electronically.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Paymode-X does what it was created to do. The only problem I have ever had was setting up a new user, and when they did not follow through in the allotted time to create the user login, I could not rest it for them.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paymode X has helped solve the problem of receiving invoice payments later than we should. We can accept payment securely from our customers. It has helped greatly.

If you have ANY questions they do not reply to email or return calls, and they never answer the phone so you have to leave a message.

They aren't solving anything.  They created problems

I have had several calls and service tickets into Paymode-X with no response.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were forced by the client we invoice to use this platform so all it does is allow us to recieve our payment.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

Paymode-X has an interface that is user friendly, simple to understand and navigate, and keeps your information secure. No need to provide clients with our specific banking information, as we can be securely paid through Paymode-X.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I have nothing negative to say about Paymode-X, besides that we likely do not use it to it's full capabilities and it can probably do much more than we are even aware of. We will continue using Paymode X moving forward.

Paymode-X helps us to receive payments quickly and securely. We don't have to worry about checks being lost in the mail or putting out our secure banking information when being paid with Paymode-X

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

I like how quickly I receive payments and that I can check on the status.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I do not like paying a fee to receive payments from customers who use Paymode.  I now tack on an additional fee on our invoices to cover the Paymode fee.  Let the receive of the invoice pay the fee.  It should not be taken out of my payment for services rendered.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see the status of payments and make sure that they are being processed.  I can also see when payment will actually hit my account which helps me manage our payables.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

It is easy to use and the setup was fairly simple.  It has made it easy to receive payments from entities that are already using the same platform and we are able to receive payments timely.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I feel like it is simple enough to use and don't have any dislikes with the programs.  We primarily use it to receive payments and it serves that purpose well for us.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives the opportunity to receive payments faster from the organizations that use the system.  It saves us time and allows us to view reports so that we can reconcile the payments.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

It's an easier way for General Contractors to distribute funding to their subcontractors.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Payment detail report is too detailed with so much information that I have to print 20 + pages for deposit information.  I think a different format with the ability to print in portrait form would work better.
General Contractors should be the ones to pay for this service not the people receiving money.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a receiver of money from this platform only, this doesn't solve anything except maybe getting paid quicker.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

We have enjoyed working with Paymode-X with receiving payments from the Property Management companies that we work with. We used to have to wait a long time to receive payments via slow mail but with this, we now receive payments within a week.  We are also notified when the payments have been deposited and receive reports and can run them for the deposits.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

So far, we have not had any issues with using Paymode-X.

It has shortened the time frame for receiving payments from the Property Management companies that we work with.

Paymode-X has revolutionized the way we handle invoice payments at UCLA. The platform is user-friendly and allows us to process payments with ease and efficiency. Gone are the days of manual data entry and endless reconciliation, as Paymode-X automates these tasks for us. Not only does this save us time, but it also increases accuracy and reduces the risk of payment errors. I love receiving payments via Paymode-X.  There are no costs to us as beneficiaries and payments come quickly.  We are notified when a payment is made via email.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I have to ask the customer what invoices they are paying when  a payment shows up in our account.  I wish there was a remittance form that could be emailed when they make their payment.

We are receiving payments from customers and not having to pay credit card fees.

The set-up of the platform is extremely user-friendly even for the most inexperienced user. All of the information I need is easily accessible and in plain sight so I do not have to endlessly search through tabs and pages of uselessness.

On occasion, the dates will not update to reflect the specific time frame I am looking for.

I do not have to go through multiple channels, departments or people in order to receive payments or find information regarding specific invoices.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

It's easy to see account information and see payments and what invoices are paid, once you can get logged in.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Passwords never store and the system is constantly asking for the password and saying it's incorrect even though it's not and I have to change my password every time I log into check the payment. It also took a long time to set up our account from the payee side. But I cant complain getting paid by my clients.

I am the payee and the company that uses your services pay me invoices.

The most helpful thing about using Paymode-X is we can accept other companies on the same account and not have to create a new account for each company. The interface is user-friendly compared to other software we have used.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The downside of using Paymode-X would be the network fees we are charged on each invoice.

Paymode-X is helping us to get invoice payments in a timely matter and directly into our bank account. We are notified when are being paid so, there is no guessing.

It is helpful that they send out confirmation AND payment info every time money is paid to you.

The fee. It is not a lot but can become e costly if amounts are large payments

Pay-mode is very easy as they send you an email when you recieve a payment. You simply login and its on the front page. Takes a matter of 2 minutes to complete on our end to show payment.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

If the email isnt forwraded to the person in charge of creating invoices we can show an outstanding balance. Wish you could add another person to recieve emails so that doesnt happen.

That we an go to one page for about 3 home-owners to pay us instead of recieving seperate ACH emails or batches.

The interface is easy to use.  I like that archives are kept for research.  And the new format to download remittance is excellent.  I wish all my customers used it

The only thing I can think of is the little chatbot asking how it can help is in the way.  Pain having to remove it every time

Too many customer do not send remittance information.  Paymode solves that problem.  I don't need to go hunting for the remittance info.  Paymode is a dream.

The emails about pay remittances are most helpful. The email notification allow me to log in and check the payment as soon as I receive one.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

When I log into Paymode-X and read a message, it can get confusing when I back out of the message and the message is still marked as unread. I do not like that I have to mark the message as read.

I can't say that I have any problems that Paymode-X alone is solving for me.

Access to payment and remittance detail breakdowns for each client. Payments are timely and convenient and you can run reports from user interface directly from portal. Allows for complete payment transparency. Also good for streamlining payments through one system.

Vendor does not appear to have a way to decide whether or not new clients can pay through PayMode-X, it appears as long as vendor accepts Paymode-X, all clients using Paymode X pay vendor through this mechanism,

Since it's convenient for clients to use, it allows us to ensure timely receipt of payment for outstanding receivables. It also allows us to have accurate remittance details and support for our annual audit purposes.

Setting up our account was easy.  Appreciate the email reminders.  Love how simple the screens are and how easy they are to read. Enjoy the vendor reports page.

I wish that it would list the Invoice number or job name that it is paying.  When you have more than one job with a general it is difficult to tell which job is being paid just by the amount.

I like that Paymode-X is user-friendly and I can generally find the detail of our payments. The payments we received range anywhere from  100-230 remittances.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Many times I have a hard time finding the detail I need to post payments on the payments received from Paymode-X. There have actually been days I have spent 6-8 hours just trying to get the information I need put into a usable format.

Easy to set it up with your bank and clients. Email communication is always prompt. Much better than having to rely on your clients mailing a check.  Been using for 4 years and very happy.

Paymode-x is easy to use.  We receive payments from two different companies.  The money is put into different accounts.  They made it easy to be able to do that without making another account.

We don't like paying a fee to get our money but they aren't the only service to charge it and they are cheaper than a credit card would be.

The fact that it pays directly into your account. And there is no wait time as you can see when it's deposited in your account.

I don't like that it cost so much to use. I have paid them a lot of money to have this luxury.

Paymode X is easy to use and their customer support is outstanding! I look forward to using them for years to come.

It does take some work upfront to get all the vendors set up and participating in the payment process.  Don't know how this could be improved as it has a human element in it that cannot be avoided.

Getting resistant vendors to get their profile's set up even if they will only accept checks.

I liked that they sent an e-mail right away when a payment was sent. It allowed me to easily match payments with open invoices in my accounting system.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The only thing was having to reset the password if it had been more then 30 days since you had logged in, but since that was to keep us safer, I can't complain too much about it.

Gets notifications of payments being issued quickly.

Paymode-X is an excellent way for clients to submit payments before their due date - keeping their accounts current. Setting up new clients is simple and only takes a few minutes.

For ease and early pay, a fee is applied. It is essential to stay connected when payments are received outside our current terms.

Being on the receiving end of payments for Paymode, it is a pretty simple and straightforward system to use. The information is always on the payment forms that comes over so no need to go search all over to make the payments match.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The downside is the vendor having to pay to use the program but I am sure that is up to the actual customer who is using it. I don't believe there is a lot or anything to improve upon.

The checks from customers no longer get lost in the mail and we receive payment much faster.

The best upside is that the reports are easy to get to.  Many sites that take payments don't have accounting reports or they are challenging to find.  Paymode-X is super easy.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I don't really have a complaint.  Maybe if you get two payments on the same day, you can't print separate reports - they all show up on the same spreadsheet.  But they are easy to break out.

I have found nothing negative in its use.

I use Paymode-X for my invoice processing and have done so for many years. It adds automatically as you go along and automatically puts all dates in chronological order. Templates are fully customizable and all invoices are saved for future editing or recovery.

Paymode-X reports contain all the necessary information to easily process accounts receivable payments.  We have several customers who use the service as their payment portal.  There have been no negative issues when we access it.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Sometimes the reports are beyond what we need.  A simple menu as you enter the site with an option to print payment info only might be a little faster.

Proper allocation of payments.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

I know when I get an email from Paymode-X it's going to be a remittance from a company I do business with. I know it's secure so I'm not worried about anyone reading our remittances without our permission. We don't do too much with taking credit card payments through the system but have in the past. That was a nice setup. I do feel secure with this system.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The information I need is obfuscated. I have to log in and click around to get to the actual remittance to see what company it is from. Inevitably I wind up printing a copy of the page with the information I need to a PDF and then sending that to my boss who is copied on all remittances.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is securing our payment communications which make us feel more confident that the companies we are doing business with are taking measures to ensure the security of our AR.

The best thing about Paymode is they send you an email anytime there is activity on your account. You can log in and see all past and pending payments.

There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike.

The site gives me all of the reports I need and clearly shows what fees were received.  This site is easy to navigate and the reports are easy to download and print.

The fees are shown on each invoice but are only charged as a monthly total.

The platform modernized and streamlined the process of getting paid in a timely manor by my B2B customers. Often allowing me to be paid ahead of the terms.

Sometimes the home page can be confusing to navigate if you're looking for past data. Creating your own queries can feel clunky.

It has removed the added step of manually tracking and depositing physical checks.

Several large customers of ours prefer to pay by Paymode-X, and we appreciate the ease and reliability of this system.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The only downside is that there is a handling fee, and a direct EFT transaction would be less expensive.

Saves check proccessing and a trip to the bank!

I like that it is very user friendly.  From login to logout, it is a seemless process.  The website is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I get many phone calls and emails to upgrade.  I advise the callers that we are not interested - yet they continue to call to check in.

I use Paymode-X mostly to retrieve remittance advice info for payments that hit our bank.  It is a lot easier than having to call or email customers to find out how they want their payments applied.

Paymode x always sends backup so I know what the money goes to.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The downside is that paymode x constantly forces you to change passwords  even if you have a very secure one.  It is too much to keep up with.
