I love that Paymode-x emails me when there's an invoice that gets paid and its super easy to click through that email to read those details. The only thing that i dislike about the way the details of the payment are shown on the dashboard is that i have to click on "view details" in order to find out which invoice got paid - i wish they just listed it on the dashboard page to make that process more efficient for me. I like the ability to receive ACH payments for customers and the fact that Paymode emails me when payment is sent. However, that is about the only good things I can say for Paymode. I always receive remittance information from Paymode X, so I know how to apply the amount we receive. The main thing I dislike is the fees; they are costly. The website is easy to understand and easy to set up an account. I use it for identifying the invoices that are being paid by each customer, and it is good it shows the details for each payment and it is a fast tool that help to save time. I have not found a way to download a batch or list of payment details or remittances in excel, so it would be faster for us to handle, as we receive some days several payments, so right now I need to click in each one to get the detail of invoices. Have been trying for almost a month with a phone call daily to have the account changed and the only people that can do is the vendor success team which don't have direct lines so the customer service who answers is pleasant but they can't help you. We used to have to wait 60 days to get paid from certain clients, but when they switched to Paymode-X that completely changed. We now get it in approximately 3 weeks. What do you dislike about Paymode? Initially I was told we would have to pay a fee to receive payments, which didn't work for us, but then they changed that so now we receive payments without cost. There is certainly a convenience factor to being paid via Paymode-x. The dashboard layout and reporting functions are clean, simple, and helpful for an overall view. Some of our customers use Paymode-X to process their payments, which then results in us having to pay a fee simply to receive funds via ACH.
