I find Paymode to be much more efficient than dealing with paper checks, as it centralizes everything and makes sure payment information is traceable. It really cuts down on vendor calls and helps improve cash flow management. I like the reduction in fraud risk, as Paymode provides a secure payment network and a paper trail, which helps verify vendors and eliminates the concern of paper check scams. I think there's still a lot of insider fraud, invoice fraud, or vendor impersonation at a lot of companies. Fraud never sleeps. Compromised accounts are still a possibility. I like how Paymode facilitates quicker transactions and is easy to access. It really stands out that it allows all payments to be on one platform, which is quite convenient. I use Paymode for invoice and payment processing, and I find that it makes the processes more streamlined, with invoices and payments being processed quickly. I like being able to find information on a payment or invoice quickly, and all of the details are shown and easy to find. This feature is valuable because I can inform our team or vendors quickly when they have a question about an invoice or payment, which frees up time for other tasks throughout the day. Being able savings filters when running reports would be helpful. Also, when looking up payments, the timeline box is difficult to follow and could be more clear. I would suggest enhancing the platform so that we can save filter tabs so that we can run the same report over and over. Also, the timeline box shows steps out of order and is unclear.
