My customers force me to pay to get paid **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Adam R. | Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023 **What do you like best about Paymode?** There is certainly a convenience factor to being paid via Paymode-x. The dashboard layout and reporting functions are clean, simple, and helpful for an overall view. **What do you dislike about Paymode?** Some of our customers use Paymode-X to process their payments, which then results in us having to pay a fee simply to receive funds via ACH. There is no way around the fee and it makes us far less likely to do business with customers who use Paymode-X as their payment processor. **What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paymode-X is only used by our company to receive payments from customers who utilize it for their A/R processing. I would never use it if at all possible as the fees are outrageous. ### 2.
