What I like best about Paymode is that it simplifies the entire payment process from start to finish. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that's easy to navigate, making it quick for users to get up to speed. It integrates well with our existing systems, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Payment processing is reliable, and the visibility into payment status helps us stay organized. The onboarding experience was smooth, support has been responsive when needed, and the time savings have delivered clear value and ROI for our team. One area for improvement would be the overall user experience in some parts of the platform, which can occasionally feel less intuitive than newer, more modern applications. I would also appreciate an uplift on the branding and UI design to make it appear modern and seamless like consumer applications. While the system integrates well and performs reliably, certain workflows could be streamlined to reduce the number of clicks required for common tasks. Reporting and search capabilities could also offer more flexibility. That said, the platform continues to provide strong value, and any issues we've encountered have generally been addressed through responsive customer support. Paymode is helping us solve challenges around manual payment processing, payment tracking, and supplier payment management. By centralizing these workflows in one platform, we've reduced administrative effort, improved payment visibility, and minimized errors. The integration with our existing systems helps streamline operations, while the reliable performance and automation save time for our finance team. As a result, we've been able to process payments more efficiently, improve vendor relationships, and achieve a strong return on investment through increased productivity and reduced manual work. The biggest benefit with Paymode is the ability to use digital payments instead of checks. Not only does this save time and money with postage and waiting to receive payment, it's quicker and safer. Like it or not, upselling tactics are everywhere and Paymode was no exception. There is a constant push for to use the paid version of the program instead of the free version. Also the dashboard is very easy to navigate and very organized. It is easy to see where all payments and invoices are at all times. I use Paymode for invoice indexing and approval routing. I appreciate that it automatically routes and saves images, which makes things a lot easier. It's a user-friendly platform, which is a big plus for me. I also like the email upload feature for when vendors have trouble uploading invoices. It's a helpful tool in those situations. I have been told by CSR there is a limit on the time they are allowed at help on any certain ticket. Some tickets never get a response. Time limits on assistance or non-response. The transition from NexusConnect to Paymode was poorly rolled out causing an uptick is customer issues and frustration from poor customer service response quality and time. Paymode will also deactivate payer connections with no warning, nor does it give us, the client, a rejection reason.
