It's maybe complicating first time using paymo but in time you will see the how easy to manage workflow. When you first create a Paymo account, the app asks you a few questions. How do you intend to use it? Will you be managing projects, keeping track of who's working on what, mostly using it for time tracking or invoicing? It also suggests some sample project types, such as website design and editorial calendar, so that you can see an example of how the app looks in use. When you finally get into the app, tutorial pop-ups give you a quick tour of the app.
To invite more people to your account, you can click the plus sign and select User, then fill in the details: name, email address, role (meaning title), how many hours per day they are available for work, their hourly rate of pay, and time zone. In terms of their permissions level in the app, Paymo shows you a list of selection boxes, and you check off the ones you want to apply:
Has admin privileges
Can add projects
Can manage invoices
Can manage estimates
Can manage expenses
