The timesheet, invoicing, easy-to-use features, expenses. You can easily use any feature are everything is broken down in very basic modules so that you can use that particular feature to its best. I had 5 projects running with several subtasks in them. Paymo made it super easy to track each one's progress and helped create custom reports of each. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** The app feature ain't that great. Projects and task are not differentiated there. It provides multiple currencies for working with international clients. It's easy to assign different rates to different projects and to different clients, and track hours against estimates. Once hours are billed, it removes them from the list of remaining hours to be billed (or you can keep them available to view later). The year-end and summary forecasting are nice features. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** I would like it if the system would automatically convert currencies to my "home" currency (US Dollars). So if I bill in Euros or pounds I would like to be able to see the converted amount (that I received to my bank account) in a column next to the billed amount. The main problem I had with all other time-track features and apps I used was that my employees nor I kept manually starting and stopping the timer on tasks we did. Now, every window opened, even an e-mail or browsing a folder, is tracked as long as we put the project name or number in the headline of the file\mail\folder. In a year from now, I expect to finally know how much time we spend on a project, so pricing won't be a roulette. after 2020 it's crucial.. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** Moving between pages in the web-based app takes a little time. It's apps also have very easy functionality to add new tasks to projects. It also has live time reports that can be shared to cilents so they can keep track of the hours spent. I usually send invoices via other system and then click each invoiced tasks done. I have tried many similar systems, but Paymo as whole is still the best for my needs. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** It would be useful to be able to create time reports for certain task status. When I'm on table view of a project, if I want to view the full task details, I have a tiny little box to click on. Since our consultants work and live in different areas, this allows them to enter time on the project they worked, by the app or on their computer. This makes is simple to calcualte when a project is on target or going over budget. Paymo has been one of our cornerstones to our tool set for at least 6 years. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** Dislike is to strong, but I wish there were more features to allow for different types of users. I would like a way to schedule reports to be emailed, I am sure this possibly and integration.
