**What do you like best about Paymentus?**

When they receive the correct data from our billing software everything works very seamlessly from the mobile app to the online customer portal.

**What do you dislike about Paymentus?**

The technical support staff works hours that are not normal, normally when we submit tickets that require expertise to resolve we won't receive a response until well after business hours end.

**What problems is Paymentus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does give our customers the ability to setup autopay with notifications without any technical knowledge and the mobile app is updated regularly.

**What do you like best about Paymentus?**

That I can see my countries bill and get reminders about them.

**What do you dislike about Paymentus?**

Where to start, there is so much to hat here. Lets start with the password process. I only use the site twice a year, and although I am pretty sure that LastPass manages my password it never works. Which then sends you to password reset and security questions, which again fails because I must have for gotten the most basic facts about my life. Then you call the hotline in a country where english doesn't seem to be the first language, with static in the background, and they can't do password reset on weekends.

On top of that there a hefty surcharge on everything you pay... so, yeah, forget about it.

(The solution to the login problem is to use a user-id, while the field clearly states enter your email)

**What problems is Paymentus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm trying to simplify my bill payments, but there are no positive benefits for me.
