Grayscale is the #1 AI-powered engagement platform, tailor-made for high-volume hiring and onboarding. Our AI assistant, Gracie, enhances candidate relationships while automating repetitive tasks—transforming hiring from a transactional process into a competitive advantage. With Grayscale, enterprise companies like Hersheys, Avis Budget, and QuikTrip achieve 30%+ faster time-to-fill, 50%+ less candidate ghosting, and save 12+ hours per requisition. Unlike point solutions that add to tech stack bloat, our platform can replace 3-4 tools while integrating seamlessly with your existing ATS. Designed for high-volume hiring and built to handle extreme volume surges, Grayscale helps teams navigate hiring whiplash with context-aware AI that maintains meaningful candidate engagement throughout the entire journey—from the first hello to successful onboarding.
