Actively developed, with open source.

Can be self hosted.

Offers ability to translate content into multiple languages.

What do you dislike about Payload CMS?

Some features are not implemented yet, such as hot reload during development. Restarting server after each change using nodemon works, but it is significantly slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
