PayHr is a payroll and HR workspace for Canadian small businesses. Its free manual plan includes unlimited employees, contractors and manual pay runs, with employee records and timesheets in one place. Optional paid automation is available for payments and filings. In manual mode, approving payroll does not move money or remit taxes: the business completes these steps separately. Employee payroll is Ontario-first; Quebec payroll is not supported. PayHr launched in September 2026 and is a Boots Security subsidiary based in Brampton, Ontario.
