I like that with PayHOA, payments are made online, so we no longer have to actually go to the bank to make payments. The accounting and invoicing features are really valuable because they help us generate and collect our annual dues efficiently. We're able to keep track of everything that's being spent, and multiple board members can log in to see where we stand financially. The initial setup was relatively simple; we were able to download files in CSV format and easily export them, and it even added a picture of each house for more clarity. Now, we can see not only where the payments are going but also what the house looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the ability to merge names when sending bills is lacking because I have to choose either the main person, primary householder, or the secondary. It would be nice if they can merge that. I also think the website builder needs modernization to look more up-to-date, as it currently feels very basic and reminiscent of the 1990s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chapmans, thanks for flagging the name merging when sending bills, we've passed that along to our product team.
On the website builder, that sounds like it might be from our older Weebly-based sites. We've since launched a new one built directly into PayHOA, and it's free. It also comes with Penny, an AI chatbot that can answer homeowner questions for you. Happy to point you in the right direction, feel free to reach out to me directly at earl@payhoa.com. Appreciate you being part of the PayHOA community and thanks for the review!
