I really like that PayHOA provides one place for everyone to go to see what is due, the assessments we might have, and necessary documents like insurance documents. It's easy to navigate and all the residents seem to be able to use it quite easily. It takes less time to collect dues than it used to, and we don't have late payments anymore. The documents feature is valuable because I no longer get random calls from residents when they need to see one of our insurance documents. Ease of use does tend to click more the more time you spend in the platform, so for someone who's only in there a few times a year, the navigation can understandably feel less familiar. On the KYC step, that process exists specifically to keep fraud out of the picture, so glad you got through it, even though sitting through a hold on funds while it processed wasn't fun.
