I like that each homeowner has their own dashboard, which gives our homeowners visibility of their expenses as well as any fees or dues for our neighborhood. Homeowners can also email the board with any maintenance needs or issues that they need resolved. The ability to communicate by email or text with all HOA members, while keeping a log of every message, is really helpful. The site is also very easy to navigate. Communication with our HOA members used to be difficult, especially when trying to maintain an accurate mailing list. Now all communication goes through PayHOA, with everything logged.
