Also younger owners want it to set up auto pay for their bill ### 2. Not sure why theses deposits arent instantaneous. **What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Serves as an "all in one" platform to allow property owners to submit issues, payments and track their payment history. ### 7. I like everything about Pay HOA. **What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?** allowing us to pay and collect dues ### 11. We've been able to easily use it to replace our $3-5k/yr management company for a small 7 unit HOA with relatively engaged board members. **What do you dislike about PayHOA?** A few of our units are rented out to tenants. I haven't figured out how to add the tenants so they can report maintenance issues and receive e-mails but don't have access to the the billing/account history for the unit. I also haven't tried that hard, so I may have just not found it yet. **What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We saved a significant amount of money per year on management fees. We were paying a management company $3-5k per year, we pay PayHOA $480 a year.
