I use PayHOA to help with the back office functions of my association. I appreciate that PayHOA brings in dashboard views, account links (including to securities), and a good portal for board members and association members to use. I also appreciate the feature that lets me see who has read the email communications, as it ensures homeowners are notified and need what we sent. I like that each homeowner has their own dashboard, which gives our homeowners visibility of their expenses as well as any fees or dues for our neighborhood. Homeowners can also email the board with any maintenance needs or issues that they need resolved. What do you dislike about PayHOA? A couple of things we'd like to see improved with PayHOA are the ability to mail out paid envelopes for homeowners so they can return their dues more easily. I really appreciate the completeness of the functions offered by PayHOA. The interface is pretty easy to use, and I like the tracking of actions which helps us quickly determine the status of payments and which members have opened communications. What do you dislike about PayHOA? I tried to save a draft email and got an error message denying that function, even though I'm an admin. Also, I wonder if the 'broadcast' function could be more clearly named, maybe call it what it is: email/text. I wasn't totally thrilled with the price increase but understand. I love how PayHOA automates payment collection, invoice creation, and outreach, which saves me from constantly having to collect checks, follow up with people, or go to the bank. It's simple to use and set up, and the support has been super helpful—quick to respond and willing to spend time with me. I appreciate that the product continues to improve. The features I use the most, like invoice creation, payment tracking, dues tracking, and bookkeeping, make things much easier than handling everything manually.
