We haven’t run into any serious issues with PayHOA so far. The system operates as advertised, and overall performance has been solid. This system is far more effective for that process and also allows members to manage their own information. On top of that, the online invoicing and payment system is a big improvement over mailing invoices through the post office and manually processing check payments. PayHOA met the needs of our 73-home HOA at an affordable price when we needed a new billing system within six weeks. We were able to import most of the homeowner and fiscal data from the previous fiscal year and have automatic billing ready in just a few weeks. What do you dislike about PayHOA? The website builder isn’t able to publish links to documents that we want to make available to the general public without requiring a secure login. The security permissions call-out means a lot too. That side of things gets a lot of attention from us behind the scenes. On the website builder feedback, you're right. Requiring a secure login for document access was an intentional choice in the initial build of that feature. That said, public-facing document links are already on our product team's radar with logged feature requests, and feedback from a webmaster on this one helps make the case. Running reports is very intuitive and easy to use, which makes sharing information simple. The initial setup was extremely easy; it only took a couple of hours. This software helps us keep track of homeowners’ dues, including who has paid and who is delinquent. It also makes it easy to track expenses, so everyone can see our finances in real time. Adding a new category to transactions isn’t very straightforward. I also wish there were an option to receive and archive emails, rather than only being able to send them. It helps with effortless contact with homeowners and generates invoices for us, so we don't have to make them ourselves. It's super easy to use and significantly simplifies my job.
