Useful Features & Fairly Easy to Use **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Scott H. | HOA Board President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025 **What do you like best about PayHOA?** Pretty simple to figure out. Gives owners a portal. We can track communications sent from the portal to see if people have read a message or not. **What do you dislike about PayHOA?** Needs a better way to add renter info and include them in texts sent from the portal. Needs more formatting options for form letters and emails sent from portal. If you make a board member an admin with their own login, it shows their personal email address in the reply to field if someone responds to an email from the system. Budget option should allow to enter annual amounts instead of having to break down into monthly amounts. Survey option is limited. Customer service is lacking when having problems, they mainly just send you one of their help articles. Additional features would be useful. **What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives us an accounting system. ### 2.
