"Using Payflex to Manage your HSA Account"

What do you like best about Inspira Financial?

I enjoy the fact that PayFlex allows me total control over how I manage the money I contribute into my health saving account by allowing me to choose where to invest once I meet the minimum threshhold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspira Financial?

Some things that pay flex can improve on is making it easier to navigate their website when moving between the money you have invested and the money that is liquid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Inspira Financial:

The best advice I can give for Playflex is that if you have an HSA is to contribute monthly so once you get over 1000$ you can start investing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inspira Financial solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payflex allows me to manage the money I contribute monthly to my health saving account and allows me to invest this money as well to maximize the amount of money I am saving toward health care costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are late payment fees that are in short intervals which makes it not very cost effective . Not many places actually accept it as a payment option which makes it very difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inspira Financial?

NOTHING - forced to use it because it's what the employer picked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspira Financial?

The entire process is cumbersome. Other FSA management companies I've used have very user friendly online forms. PayFlex has NOTHING - and then they reject claims due to 'missing documentation' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inspira Financial?

The app seems easy and quick to use and has a decent UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inspira Financial?

The general experience. Whether your claim gets approved is 50/50. Often you'll have a claim denied and if you resubmit it they'll approve it. These are simple claims. You could submit similar expenses and one month you get approved and another you get denied. It's almost like the employees enjoy the power trip of denying claims and holding people's money hostage. I've submitted claims 3-5 times and had to reach out to support to tell them what the claims were. Terrible system and useless support.

Frankly the few hundred dollars you might save aren't worth the stress and headache of dealing with this company. Just another leech company trying to seem useful and not adding anything to society. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot seem to be able to use the card to charge for an authorized purchases. Merchant attempted it THREE TIMES. Finally credited us back.

I called Payflex and they told me the charge had gone through. That is not what the merchant or my wife said.

I will avoid Payflex next year and, unless you want headaches of this sort, I suggest you avoid them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
