The ease of market pricing roles and slotting for internal equity. Also, the job description management tool is very ease to setup and really helps support our leaders. There is a wide selection of benchmark roles available in the system, and the layout is clean and easy to follow. Customer support has been very helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Payfactors? The accuracy and breadth of the data have not matched the expectations set during the sales process. We were told the platform provided global market data, but the data available for us covered only two countries. Payfactors gives us a centralized place to start when reviewing benchmark roles, but it does not fully solve our compensation challenges.
