What do you like best about Payfactors?

The ease of market pricing roles and slotting for internal equity. Also, the job description management tool is very ease to setup and really helps support our leaders. I'm in it almost every day working on pricings or descriptions. Also, the customer support team is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payfactors?

What do you like best about Payfactors?

There is a wide selection of benchmark roles available in the system, and the layout is clean and easy to follow. Customer support has been very helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payfactors?

The accuracy and breadth of the data have not matched the expectations set during the sales process. We were told the platform provided global market data, but the data available for us covered only two countries. This creates challenges when building a global compensation structure and limits the value of the tool for an international organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
