I was tired of almost non-existant reporting from the "big name" processor. I felt like i had to pay more money for every report. Even then the results were blended so i couldn't tell what was what. My payments volume is growing but my revenue share was paltry. And the operational headaches were costing me more than the dollars I got back. I wanted a different processor (or two).
