"Seamless, Easy-to-Use HCM—But Reporting and Scheduling Need More Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

The Recruiting/HCM/Onboarding is seamless. It is easy to use. We do not have to input information several times into the system, everything seems to fit together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Unable to create personalized reports. All information should be editable to create a report that fits the company. Also, unable to personalize scheduling to tailor to our needs specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fairly Simple to Use with lots of resources"
4/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

The site is always working. There are a lot of resource that are easy to find if you have the time. Ease of use overall is a plus. It's fairly smooth transitioning from week to week and looking up tax information etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Sometimes I have trouble putting in the times and adding the client's name - if a correction needs to be made I have to delete the whole entry because it goes wacky. That takes a lot of time. Sometimes I assume the info is being recorded correctly and find out later that it was not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, User-Friendly Hub for Pay Stubs, Benefits, and Performance Reviews"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

The section concerning pay stubs, W-2s, leave requests, benefit selections, educational certifications, and performance evaluations is streamlined and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I think it would help if the product were more synchronous as opposed to being asynchronous. For example, a live chat feature would be helpful in the section for benefits relating to insurance and retirement planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for PTO and Time Tracking, Slight Boot Delay"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like the engage content, like when someone from the company posts about someone's birthday. It's a good way to remind yourself of your coworkers' birthdays without forgetting because it's right there. Mostly, I value the PTO calendar and checking who will be on PTO, making sure I don't overlap. The initial setup was fairly easy and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I notice that after the weekend, Paycor boots up really slowly, which affects my ability to clock in on time. It might be just a few extra seconds, but it could impact not being able to clock in when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Workforce Management Tool with Minor Onboarding Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like the convenience and accessibility of Paycor. It makes it easier for me to track when I clock in and out of work. I also appreciate that it allows me to see a spreadsheet of the times I've clocked in and out, and it organizes all my documents efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

The onboarding process bugged out for me when I first tried it. I had to get HR to reset my Paycor so that I could properly do it. It was simple, except for a bug I ran into when I first tried onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Time Management with Minor Glitches"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I use Paycor to clock in and out from work and check on paychecks as well as certain training tasks that need to be completed. The mobile app is really handy because it lets me clock in without having to wait at a clock-in station, which is a big help. Checking my timecard is easy and convenient. I also liked that Paycor allowed borrowing against paychecks back when my company permitted it. Plus, the initial setup of Paycor was very easy, and despite any issues, I still enjoy using Paycor. I use Paycor to clock-in, review my hours, and verify my punches. I find it easy to navigate and check for accuracy, with no challenges when navigating the software. I like that it's user-friendly, making the whole process smooth. I also appreciate being able to clock-in and make changes to my direct deposit accounts effortlessly. Among the payroll software I've used, Paycor is by far the best, and I even rate it a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, User-Friendly UI with Smooth Refresh Rates"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like how easy the UI is and how user-friendly the system is overall. It feels quick to use, and the refresh rates are really good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

The code authentication system could be improved. Sometimes it sends a code, but when I enter it, it doesn’t work. Other times, the code isn’t sent at all, which makes it hard to log in reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paycor Makes Time Cards, Leave, and Payday Countdown Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like the countdown for paydays. I also like how easy it is to see time cards and sick leave. The dashboard displays most used information as well as announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I don't think I've found anything particularly difficult to use about Paycor. I know the legal limit for part time work is 6 hours, so the company seems to get penalized whenever I work 5.5 hours. Since the clock-in/out only asks if I work more than 5 and less than 10, I must put more than 5 hours. However it's still within the legal limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable HR & Payroll in One Place"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Paycor has the features we need to manage HR and payroll in one place. Once you know where everything is, it functions reliably and helps keep employee information organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Clocking in and out could be a lot simpler. It takes more clicks than it feels like it should for such a basic task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
