"Clear Time Slots, but Sign-In Can Be Glitchy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like how it shows time slots clearly and lets the company know when I’ve forgotten to clock out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Sometimes Paycor can be glitchy when I’m signing in. There have been times when it tells me I can’t get in, and I have to wait about five minutes before trying again. Then I’ll refresh the page, enter the exact same information, and it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Time-Off Requests"
4/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Requesting time off is easy and not difficult at all. I also haven’t had any issues with the app crashing, or with Paycor getting hacked. I haven’t needed to use support yet, so I don’t have any comments on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I would like to be able to see my notes I entered on PTO requests in my history, so I don't have to cross reference a personal calendar to confirm Time Off request history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Home Page, but Paycheck Deductions Are Hard to Find"
3/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

Easy to see pay check and vacation and it is nice to be able to customize the home page to view what I want where I want to see it. However, it is difficult to find certain information, like where to change W4 forms. It takes me several clicks of looking to find where I can see my paycheck deductions and where to change that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Hard to find paycheck deductions. THis information is hidden in menus and it is not easy to navigate to this information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Payroll, But Support Has Declined"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

For the most part, Paycor is user friendly. Any issues we may have had, Paycor did solve. One thing I really like is that it's up to the staff to put all of their information in, so each staff member is inputting their own information. If they say there's an error or anything, it's the user themselves, and it's not solely on me and my team to input the information. That leaves less room for error than having a middle person do it. It's pretty much step by step, making sure they put the information in, and it seems to work out perfectly fine. I haven't had any staff complain about issues with Paycor. The setup was a little challenging, but I have an awesome team member who was great with assisting and getting us onboarded fully onto Paycor. She was a really, really big help, and with me being the HR manager, she had more time to move me along with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Ever since Paychex took over, it's just been harder to get in contact and get things situated. When I call, the call drops or I get hung up on. The last time, I got hung up on three times, and that was really annoying. I haven't tried to call again since then. I wish there was more human interaction. I'd rather talk to a live person who can walk me through how to get to what I need instead of having me follow these steps on my own. The reports are also the one thing we have issue with. Certain reports I need are a little hard to navigate, and creating the report I actually need is tricky. I wish they were more user friendly or that someone could assist me with them. The initial setup was a little challenging too. I also hate that they didn't do a conference this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Room for Navigation Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like that Paycor is very easy to use. It's simple to understand, and the directions are very clear. It has good tabs and menu options, making it user-friendly even for those who aren't very tech-savvy. You'll be able to use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I feel like there could be an easier way to get to my shift selection. I haven't found any other way besides going to my current schedule and clicking to access it. Before, I really struggled with finding a way to get to the option to select open available shifts. The menu icon up top has an option to go to timecard, it should also include an option to go to your schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Onboarding with User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like how easy Paycor is to use, with a very easy to navigate interface where I can find all the buttons easily. The onboarding paperwork and functions work best with Paycor, and it has a very good interface. I use it to enter my information quickly and get signed up soon. The initial setup was very easy and smooth. It didn't take long at all, and it was a very quick and efficient process. Compared to competitors like ADP, I feel Paycor has the better interface. "Intuitive Payroll Management with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I like Paycor because it's easy to understand, easy to review, and easy to look at. It's straightforward to know where everything is, making it very user-friendly. I also appreciate the ease of setting it up; I just had to pick a username, log in, and I was able to teach myself how to use it. The time clock portion and the ability to review my pay stubs are features I use and value regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

What could improve on Paycor is maybe how it actually looks and maybe just a lot more detailed information. I feel that Paycor provides a lot of vital information, but I would like to see a little bit more structure and how it's laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Onboarding with Minor Interface Hiccups"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I appreciate Paycor for having everything all in one place, which makes onboarding easier for my role at Planet Fitness. I like the straightforward interface and the overall process, which has helped me with what I needed. Having an efficient process where everything that has to be signed or filled out makes my job and that of my employer easier to carry out. The initial setup of Paycor was pretty easy, straightforward, and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

Sometimes I find the interface can be a bit awkward, with pages and text feeling squished down. I would like them to refine some interfaces and pages so that text and images are more clearly read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Management with On-Demand Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Paycor?

I love that with Paycor, I don't need to print out my paystub, which saves paper. It's easy to manage, so that's a big plus. I also like that tax forms are always available. If I’m in the process of buying a home and need past tax forms or paystubs, I can find them just by logging in, which saves me time and energy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I don't like that I can't save documents directly to my phone and instead have to email them. It would be nice to be able to save a picture of the form directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not a long drawn out process and gives me all the information at one time, so I don't have to go to multiple different websites to figure things out.
