I also like that it is easy to navigate once you learn where everything is. **What do you dislike about Paycom?** A few things that I dislike about Paycom are that sometimes the features are not very intuitive to learn without having to go and read through the 1000-page manual (ig: setting up documents and document types, performance management tools, etc). I also get annoyed with having to constantly go through the 2-party authentication process when making any employee changes.
