Furthermore, the payroll Dashboard is a standout feature because it creates an environment where mistakes are minimal, eliminating the need for processing manual payments. Since transitioning from ADP to Paycom, I've noticed that Paycom offers several advanced features that ADP lacked, such as EDI for benefits and comprehensive processing for 401K, W2s, and 1099s. Overall, I believe these features make Paycom an excellent tool for our payroll and HR needs, and I’ve even recommended it to other organizations who have successfully made the transition. **What do you dislike about Paycom?** I frequently require additional instruction and guidance when trying to make changes in the system. Many times, modules are grayed out, and I need assistance to correct or adjust them. The struggle to obtain the necessary information and useful feedback on how to resolve issues can be frustrating. For instance, there is a notification that many employees are missing self-service access, and attempts to get a helpful response from Paycom have been unsuccessful.
