Our pricing also continued to increase, and I didn't feel that the value we got out of it was any better than what I could find elsewhere, with better customer service. I like some of the reports I have received to help me figure out the PPP loan application. We had issues with it not processing in the right time frame but the customer service representative corrected that and also gave us a three month credit on our payroll processing, great customer service. I like having everything in one place. Payroll, time clock, onboarding, safety videos, benefits, and 401 (k). It's user-friendly and offers many training videos/support. You can get someone great or terrible. It's time-consuming to get the help that you need. Billing is messy and not transparent. Making you feel like they are trying to hide charges.
