But after I signed up I never got to deal with her again. The customer service people were awful **What do you dislike about Paychex?** The overcharges and price increases that were incorrect because I had a contract with them. The phone calls and emails that were not replied to. How much effort it took to get refunded for their overcharges to my account. The dismissive attitudes when I would complain about the overcharges. Instead of getting help, they change out the supervisor to give you a ray of hope. Rinse and repeat. **Recommendations to others considering Paychex:** It is odd to me how highly rated they are. The system has good features; getting support has been impossible. Example: Setting up our 401k calulations. The online dashboard makes it easy to find all the reports I need for payroll. We have had several, and although the customers service is great, it would be nice to stick with the same manager for longer then a month or 2. **Recommendations to others considering Paychex:** If you're looking for a program with ease of use and good organization of your information, this is it. Over the years I developed good and friendly relationships with these people and they learned a lot about our company, occassionally heading off a potential issue before it became one. I don't want to go back to calling in payroll numbers rather that entering them online but, it comes with a slight cost. **Recommendations to others considering Paychex:** Paychex is a very responsible company with great support and reports that are easy to read and use.
