I like the customization report that he can produce for analytical HR. Dedicated service to member who is willing to help us on payroll processing even at last minute. What do you dislike about Paychex? Platform homepage, and the view of time car are inconvenience. Hope we can have a one page overview of employment, personal, and other sections all at once instead of going into one layer of button and try to find the menu. Paychex takes a lot of the stress out of managing payroll and HR tasks. It’s convenient, reliable, and helps us stay on top of things like tax filings, employee onboarding, and time tracking. Paychex provides a user-friendly website for payroll entry. Additionally, the process of adding new employees to the system is straightforward. They manage our tax filings and reporting, facilitate direct deposits for employees, and provide employee benefits beyond what the employer offers. The software is available online, eliminating the need for downloads and installations, which simplifies the implementation process. They also feature a chat option for customer support, allowing for immediate assistance rather than waiting for an email response. We utilize Paychex for bi-weekly payroll processing, obtaining our W-2 forms and payroll reports. The entire setup process was seamless and easily integrated into our existing procedures. The only thing I dislike about Paychex is it is kind of pricey. And for questions they cannot answer through the chat feature requires an email response which can take 24 hours for a response. We have mulitiple state filings that need to be handled and they do all of it. This makes sure we are in compliance with the payroll taxes.
