**What do you like best about PayCargo?**

It's a much faster and easier way to pay for incoming shipments. Ach payments always take multiple days to get done. This is much faster it post immediately.

**What do you dislike about PayCargo?**

It can be difficult to find the correct company to pay and what information you need to add to the payment.

**What problems is PayCargo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paying for Customs and incoming shipments to the US

**What do you like best about PayCargo?**

As a new user of PayCargo, when it was time to pay for my first foreign shipment being exported from the US, the PayCargo software was used by the billing freight company.  It was easy to set up the account and forward payment, and the audit trail was easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about PayCargo?**

I was unable to find any negative issues using the PayCargo system.

**What problems is PayCargo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a first-time shipper, and not having established a business account with PayCargo, it was easy for them to bill me for their services and for me to pay online.
