For an employee who is just interested to get his payslips, Paybooks provides a website, Andriod app, and iOS app for downloading the same. Other than payslips, you can update your tax saving plan so that your employer can adjust your payslip accordingly. The best thing about payslips is a single interface for a payslip, tax plan update, expense update. **What do you dislike about Paybooks?** PayBooks has a dated UI, and it has a major problem with the type of attachments that somebody can upload. Presently if you want to upload a PDF that might prove an expense or evidence of any tax-related document (payment of LIC premium), the PDF cannot contain any special characters (even underscore). This is a significant problem as you have to rename the PDFs according to PayBooks might take. **What problems is Paybooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an employee, you will want a single place for your employer-related expenses (example, internet charges), tax proof (example LIC premium, home loan) , and downloading payslips. Paybooks is a single-stop solution for the same. To facilitate ease for the end-user, Paybooks has a website, android app, and an iOS app. So ease of use is great with Paybooks. ### 2. It has become easy for our small company with around 20 employees to work without an HR person. **What do you dislike about Paybooks?** Setting for leaves and salary heads is challenging to configure, and customer care is not that supportive. The team must find ways to simplify things and be more prompt to the cutomers. **Recommendations to others considering Paybooks:** Good Software. Generally does not require frequent customer support, but still when required, we face some difficulties. **What problems is Paybooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** No HR person required is a significant benefit to us. Employee reimbursements are entirely paperless, and the fact that it plugs in with QuickBooks seamlessly is excellent support. ### 3. If organisation integrates this tool, employee can see all the leaves, apply for leaves and also can cancel the applied leaves through this application. It also allows feature like tax planning which can provide the report about the annual taxes. **What do you dislike about Paybooks?** The thing that I dislike about this tool is that the interface, which could have been more friendly. Also, it doesn’t have mobile application. **Recommendations to others considering Paybooks:** Yes, I would really recommend this tool.
