What do you dislike about Payactiv?

Customer Service engagement, resolution and responsiveness has been an issue.

We have had multiple (5) different account managers in the span of 18 months.

What do you like best about Payactiv?

One of the things that I like the best about using PayActiv is that this is not something that I need to be the middleman for. If our Team Members want to utilize this service they can sign up for it and request funds on their own whenever they wan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payactiv?

We have come across at times that the amount of funds advanced to a Team Member cannot then be fully deducted from their wages due to other deductions such as wage assignments, child support etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Payactiv?

PayActiv allows our employees to access their pay as much as 2 weeks prior to pay day. This allows them greater peace of mind, especially when traveling for work. There has never been an issue with anyone getting their funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Payactiv?

Our employees have access to wages if they need assistance in between our bi-weekly pay cycle. ADP and PayActiv communicate seamlessly for payroll purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
