As a user, I can't honestly say there have been many issues with Pay Activ. The mobile app is user friendly and was easy to download and set up. It is convienent and easy to use and gives me instant access to my wages with the click of a button. The fees are reasonable and it has saved me time and money with its accessiblity and ease of use.

As an Administrator, the initial process of setting up and implementing Pay Activ took some work. We ran into some issues with the reports that needed to run for Pay Activ for our employees hours and earnings. But the representative worked with me to fix the issues and it has turned out to be an amazing feature for our employees allowing them access to their wages and saving them money from other high interest options they may have sought out before Pay Active. Shariq has been splendid through our company's journey with PayActiv. He is very responsive and attentive whenever we have issues. When he gave us the training, he was very thorough and detailed on how the process works. He also shared with us the marketing material and where to find everything on the hub. Even after this, whenever we needed assistance with training material and the like, we would reach out to him, and he would point us in the right direction on where to get it. The part about employees being able to get their pay in advance is amazing, as well as, all the features the app and platform offer. During our implementation, our representative at the time Ed Meehan, was slow responding to our inquiries and issues. Sometimes, it would take days for him to get back to us, or he would only get back to one of our team members. We held various meetings with him about the status of the process and in the end, the implementation was delayed by a week because they did not have all the employees in the system yet. Also, as of late, I’ve received emails, out of nowhere, from members of the PayActiv stating they’re in charge of the account and that they’d like to hold a meeting. For me, building a relationship with the company and knowing there’s a go-to person that will quickly and effectively assist me is vital. Having the people in charge of the account be swapped or attempt to be swapped without prior notice to the client is confusing.
