We've been using PayActiv for over 3 years now without a single problem. It is absolutely seamless for us, in that it does not cost us time or money. About 20% to 25% of our workforce will use them in any given pay period. I haven't had a single employee ask for an advance on their paycheck since we started using PayActiv.
