Instant Pay has been an invaluable tool in recruiting employees. The program is convenient and easy to use. Currently we've been matched with a dedicated account manager which has proven to be very valuable in our communications to resolve employee and support questions. The maximum count of withdrawals has sometimes proven problematic with employees. But as a user and administrator - I don't see any problems with this feature. Customer Service engagement, resolution and responsiveness has been an issue. We have had multiple (5) different account managers in the span of 18 months. One of the things that I like the best about using PayActiv is that this is not something that I need to be the middleman for.
