It helps to managar and track your pay reviews more effecieny. It ensure the employee met and exceeds expectations for the position.

**What do you dislike about Pay Review HR?**

It affect productivity and disruption within teams. Not all calculations are correct as some need manual corrections with respect to days of leave and hours worked

**What problems is Pay Review HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is cost cutting and we can calculate salary for more than 1000 employees on biweekly, semi monthly or monthly basis.
It is time efficient
