Paxom brings AI call answering and lead management together for local businesses. Local teams miss calls. They are with a customer, on a job, or closed for the day. Paxom sets up AI to answer the calls your team cannot get to, in English or Spanish. The AI asks the caller how it can help and captures what they need. The details go into a lead record with the source, when it is available. Each lead record keeps contact details, notes, tasks, an owner, and history together. Whoever follows up sees the context first and does not start over. Your team stays in control: people approve sensitive decisions and outbound messages. Paxom works two ways: - Run it yourself. Use the industry product built on Paxom for your business: Casr for law firms, Sorma for medical practices, Bistroo for restaurants, Toured AI for multifamily leasing, Barber OS for barbershops, and Paxom for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC. - Have us help run it. Paxom Managed runs your Google and Meta ads, works on your local SEO, and helps with follow-up on the same platform. Paxom also tracks referrals between businesses and shows what happened after each one. Local service businesses can track affiliate referrals and payouts. Each business runs isolated. Data is not pooled, shared, or resold. Paxom's founders use the platform in the restaurants and law firms they operate.
