**What do you like best about Paxflow?**

Integration with our existing software - booking system, CRM, shift management software, and additional features that have significantly improved our operations like a customer portal, pick up/drop off module, communication tools to contact our customers.

**What do you dislike about Paxflow?**

PaxFlow is continuously developing and updates are deployed after careful consideration. There is not much to dislike, as we are happy with the support and the evolving features that make our operations smoother.

**Recommendations to others considering Paxflow:**

I would get in touch with their support team beforehand, they are super helpful in analyzing what other integrations might be needed to make your operations highly efficient and they can help get it set up in a way your organization is best suited with the product.

**What problems is Paxflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PaxFlow has made our operations smoother and has reduced our operations cost significantly. The integrations with our existing systems have centralized our processes and improved them considerably.

Passenger List - with many options for the booking next to the name on one page.
Email templates
Helpscout email integration

**What do you dislike about Paxflow?**

Too complex for certain tools - such as Shift & Availabilities customization
Needs visual cleaning - so many different font size, too little colours, no pictures

**What problems is Paxflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of multiple platforms - higher work efficiency
