The only drawback is support. The Pax8 team also supports any product licensed through Pax8. In some situations, this can prove difficult, especially when there is back and forth with information. Recently we migrated our Azure instances over to PAX 8 from a very large distributor. They made the transition very easy and they're always available to assist with any support issues or questions regarding anything really. Their billing syncs with our PSA.
