PawScheduler is scheduling software built specifically for solo, mobile and home-based dog groomers, not multi-staff salons. It runs in any phone or computer browser, and can be added to the home screen to work like an app, with nothing to download. Groomers use PawScheduler to: Book appointments in a few taps, with prices filled in automatically by service and dog size Send automatic email reminders and 48-hour confirmation requests to cut down on no-shows Keep every client and dog in one place: breed, size, vaccines, notes, and tags like “Bites” or “Anxious” Let clients request appointments through a personal booking link, with the groomer approving each request Send digital waivers, intake forms and report cards by link, with no client login required See the day’s stops on a map in order, with one-tap directions and route optimization (Growth and Pro) Text clients from a dedicated business number, with a two-way inbox (Growth and Pro) Track earnings, tips and payment methods New accounts get a short guided setup, and the founder personally imports a groomer’s existing client list for free.
