Foster coordination features track foster home capacity, preferences, experience level, and placement history. Volunteer management covers scheduling, shift assignments, and status tracking. Adoption management includes configurable application forms, fee collection via Stripe, digital contracts with e-signatures, and QR code-based mobile checkout for adoption events. PawPlacer provides a custom form builder for creating adoption, foster, and volunteer applications with drag-and-drop field configuration. PawPlacer offers a free tier for up to 30 in-care pets and 5 team members with full feature access. Paid plans scale by capacity: 150 pets at $19/month, 500 pets at $39/month, and unlimited at $79/month. All plans include API access via a public REST API and TypeScript SDK published on npm. The platform charges no per-pet fees, no per-adoption fees, and takes no percentage of donations or adoption fee payments processed through the system.
