What do you like best about Paubox?

It’s very easy to use and doesn’t require anyone to create or remember passwords, or get sent to another page. It’s also reassuring to know that my communication is protected. It was easy integrated into the system we already us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shortly after we set up Paubox, one employee's emails suddenly stopped being encrypted. It took us a couple of weeks to notice (thankfully, no sensitive information had been sent during that time). What do you like best about Paubox?

Paubox has been a wonderful addition to my website. It keeps everything secure without making things complicated, which I really appreciate. The HIPAA-compliant encryption gives me peace of mind, and the setup was surprisingly easy.

Paubox includes more features than other email platforms I have researched which provides me with additional security. Paubox allows me to send every email HIPPA-compliant without worry. "Seamless, Secure Communication, Excellent for Healthcare"

What do you like best about Paubox?

Because I am in healthcare, having the ability to communicate securely and in compliance with privacy laws is essential. I like that Paubox provides not only this service but does so without it being a burden to me or those with whom I communicate. Neither of us have to log into a special portal--it is just seamless communication.

What do you dislike about Paubox?

No major issues as yet. The initial set up needs to be configured so that recipients of messages sent from a Paubox-protected email address can indeed receive them: people who use older email systems might have incoming messages that are incorrectly routed to spam or that are not received because they are not deliverable. However, there is nothing a recipient has to alter, rather, Paubox provided great support in getting my email set up to send securely. I am not sure that whether someone who initiates their first message to me will have that initial message be encrypted though, which is important for people to understand. What problems is Paubox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paubox allows easy communication between me and my patients, which is important for safe and efficient healthcare. Reducing any barriers to communication, while also ensuring protected communication of private information, is vital to patients' ability and willingness to engage with me freely. What problems is Paubox solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a mental health practitioner, privacy and security mean everything to my patients and me. HIPAA compliance is a term we hear constantly in this industry, but it's often hard to know what it means without dissecting pages of dense documents. Although I try to minimize what I share and how with clients, it is all too easy to send an email and then suddenly realize it contained personal health information (PHI) and actually constitutes a HIPAA breach. Paubox helps mitigate these worries, and after multiple years as a customer, I feel I can trust that my email is safe and secure without a lot of additional steps. Let's face it - we're all busy. We have just a few moments to send a quick email or response before the next client. With Paubox, I don't have to remember to take any additional steps to ensure it is protecting every email I send. And although the initial setup threw me for a tiny loop, the support staff at Paubox was amazing and helpful, and very communicative when I needed a little support to ensure all was smooth. I appreciated the speed with which concerns were addressed and the professionalism of those helping me. I am excited for the future with Paubox, too, as exciting developments have expanded my ability to text securely with clients using the same company that I already entrust to protect my communication.
