I have had to manage the dreaded username/password frustration every time a client checks their email and can't remember or figure out how to read the email I sent through other encrypted services. Before Paubox, it tripled my workload as I'm spending my time as a stand in IT person teaching people how to read the email I just sent. I haven't used Paubox long enough to say there is something I dislike.
