What I dislike about Paubox is the lack of support during implementation, and then not having readily available tech support if something goes wrong afterward. As a practice owner who wears many hats, it’s difficult to handle the integration and troubleshooting on my own while trying to manage Paubox and connect it with Wix and then GoogleSuite. It would be much nicer if they offered a one-time integration or implementation service for those of us who aren’t very tech-savvy. I'm very happy Paubox. The email encryption is seamless and hassle free. The forms service they added is also excellent and even allows color and font customization making it seamless with the design of my website. I offer many ways for new inquiries to contact me but they seemed to prefer to use the Paubox secure message form over any other contact method.
